I was chewing on one of Mark Batterson’s latest blog posts. He was talking about why we don’t read our Bibles enough and why we should read our Bibles. If you want to read it, you can do so right here.
Mark talks about Tyndale and the sacrifice he gave so that the Word of God can be spread. I thought that was pretty cool because I read the New Living Translation of the Bible. It comes alive to me and Tyndale publishes that version of the Bible. My Bible seems even that much sweeter to read now since I know Tyndale gave his life for the Gospel.
No matter the person or situation, God uses it to His own glory and to spread the message of Jesus to all people and all nations. God, you rock so use me and may my life be a living sacrifice to you.
