MINISTERIAL EXPERIENCE

Student Ministry Partner
Southeast Christian Church (5,000 members) – Parker, CO

• Serve and volunteer in multiple areas of ministry with the youth group of 400+ students in 5th – 12th grade.
• Preach messages during Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday student services on various topics as well as preach communion thought lessons once per sermon series.
• Lead 25 – 50 high school students in group discussion and disciple high school students on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate and assist in leading outreach events for high school students in surrounding communities.
• Act as a leader for high school, middle school, 5th and 6th grade boys during retreats.
• Provide support to student ministry staff including prayer team, security detail, and media assistance.
• Run audio and video for 5th and 6th grade services, including sound board operation, managing projector content, and displaying song lyrics during worship.

• Lead a small group of young adults (22-30 years old) and taught Bible studies to young adults in the group.
• Participated in service reviews to go over what worked and what needed to be changed during Saturday night and Sunday morning services.

• Perform as primary point of contact for customer support in projects to upgrade hardware and software.
• Provide tier 2 support to internal and external customers for issues on servers in all regions of the world.  Responsible for supporting a large number of customers with servers in Critigen data centers and on customer premises.
• Build, configure, and support servers running Microsoft, Citrix, Linux, and VMWare.  Provide remote management of server and storage systems and issue resolution within the client base.  Responsible for continuous improvements of systems and infrastructure monitoring and management of managed on-site servers.

Open Technology Solutions, LLC – Greenwood Village, CO

• Build, configure, and maintain branch and corporate servers to host Credit Unions with more than 1.2 million dollars in assets, 144,000 members, and millions of dollars of transactions per year.
• Serve as the primary administrator in an Active Directory Windows 2000/2003 based domain containing 50+ servers acting as the entire infrastructure for the organization.
• Acted as a lead over the desktop support technicians to act as their primary technical resource.
